Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information RRR Performance Parts (“RRR,” “we,” “us”) collects when you use rrrperformanceparts.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to run the store and help you with your build.
Information we collect
- Order information. Your name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number, the parts you buy, and your order history.
- Payment information. Card payments are processed by our payment provider, WooPayments (powered by Stripe). We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Account and garage information. If you create an account, we store your login details and any vehicles you save to My Garage (year, make, model, engine). If you tag a vehicle at checkout, it’s saved with your order.
- Build Planner, Combo Builder and quote requests. The answers, part selections and contact details you submit, so we can follow up with an estimate.
- Messages. What you send us through the contact form, email, or the online chat assistant.
- Newsletter and offers. Your email address if you sign up for our newsletter or the welcome discount.
- Technical information. Your IP address, browser and device type, and pages viewed. This is collected automatically through server logs and cookies.
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your orders, including sending order confirmations, tracking updates and warranty help.
- To answer your questions, quote builds and check fitment.
- To run your account, garage and saved preferences.
- To send newsletters and offers if you’ve signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
- To prevent fraud, secure the site, and meet legal and tax obligations.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with the companies that help us fill your order and run the site:
- Manufacturers and suppliers. Most parts ship directly from the manufacturer. We send them your name, shipping address and phone number, plus the parts to ship. We never send them your payment details.
- Shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS, and freight carriers for oversized items), to deliver your order and quote rates.
- Payment processing (WooPayments / Stripe).
- Email delivery (SendGrid), to send order and account emails.
- Website hosting and maintenance providers who keep the site running.
- Our chat assistant provider. Messages typed into the chat assistant are processed by Anthropic to generate replies. Please don’t enter payment or other sensitive details in the chat.
- Authorities, when required by law or to protect against fraud.
Cookies and similar technology
We use cookies and your browser’s local storage to keep your cart and login working, remember choices (for example, that you’ve already seen our signup offer, or your Combo Builder selections), and keep the site secure. Embedded videos from YouTube and fonts from Google may set their own cookies or collect your IP address when they load. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout won’t work without them.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as needed for warranty support, returns, accounting and tax purposes, generally up to seven years. We keep account and garage information until you delete your account. We keep quote requests and messages as long as they’re useful for helping you, then delete them.
Your choices and rights
You can view and update your account details and saved vehicles at any time in My Account. You can also ask us to send you a copy of your personal information, correct it, or delete it. We may need to keep some records, such as completed orders, where the law requires. Depending on where you live, including Colorado and California, you may have additional rights under state privacy law. To make a request, email [email protected]. We’ll verify your request and respond within the time the law requires. We won’t treat you differently for exercising your rights.
Security
The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to customer data is limited to the people and services that need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password for your account.
Children
This site isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. You must be 18 or older to place an order.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll post the update here with a new date.
