RRR Performance Parts is a dealer for the brands we sell. Most orders ship directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse, which gets parts to you faster. It also means a few of the rules below depend on the manufacturer. Questions? Email [email protected] before you order. We’re happy to check fitment or availability first.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States. We can’t ship to APO/FPO addresses or outside the U.S. at this time.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated live at checkout from the carrier’s rates (FedEx or UPS), based on the weight of your parts and the warehouse each one ships from. There’s no free-shipping threshold. Your total is shown before you pay.
Assembled engines, short blocks and other oversized items ship by freight. Freight cost is shown at checkout or quoted to you before your order is processed. Freight deliveries may need someone at the address to sign for and receive the shipment.
Processing and delivery
- We send your order to the manufacturer as soon as payment is confirmed, normally the same or next business day.
- Most in-stock parts ship within 1 to 3 business days. Built-to-order items, such as assembled engines and cylinder heads, have longer lead times. We’ll tell you the expected timeline.
- Orders with parts from more than one brand ship in separate boxes from separate warehouses. Each box gets its own tracking number, emailed to you as soon as it ships. You can also see tracking under My Account → Orders.
- Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and aren’t guaranteed.
Stock and backorders
Stock levels come from our suppliers and can change quickly. If a part turns out to be backordered after you order, we’ll email you with the expected ship date. You can wait, choose a different part, or cancel that item for a full refund.
Damaged, missing or wrong items
Please inspect your shipment when it arrives. If a box is damaged, a part is missing, or you received the wrong part, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the part, the box and the shipping label. Don’t install the part. We’ll work with the carrier and the manufacturer to get it replaced quickly at no cost to you. For freight shipments, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before you sign.
Returns
You can return new, unused and uninstalled parts in their original, undamaged packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- Request a return first. Email [email protected] with your order number and the part you want to return. We’ll send you a return authorization (RMA) and the address to ship it to. Most parts go back to the manufacturer’s warehouse, not to us. Returns sent without an RMA can be refused.
- Pack it well. Use the original packaging inside a shipping box. Don’t write on or tape the manufacturer’s box.
- Ship it back with tracking. You pay return shipping unless the return is because of our mistake or a defect.
Once the manufacturer receives and inspects the part, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges aren’t refundable. Some manufacturers charge a restocking fee of up to 15%, and if so it’s deducted from your refund. We’ll tell you about any restocking fee when we issue your RMA.
Items we can’t accept for return
- Parts that have been installed, test-fit on a vehicle, modified, or used.
- Electronic parts and tuning devices (ECUs, tuners, sensors, wiring harnesses) once the package is opened or the device has been registered or tuned.
- Assembled engines, short blocks, cylinder heads, and any custom, built-to-order or special-order part.
- Oils, fluids, chemicals and gaskets once opened.
- Parts returned without an RMA, after 30 days, or not in their original packaging.
Order changes and cancellations
Because we send orders to the manufacturer quickly, contact us right away if you need to change or cancel. If the part hasn’t shipped, we’ll cancel it and refund you in full. Once it has shipped, it’s handled as a return under the policy above.
Refused or undeliverable packages
If a package is refused or returned to sender because of an incorrect address, you’re responsible for the original and return shipping. Any restocking fee also applies.
