These terms apply to your use of rrrperformanceparts.com and to every order you place with RRR Performance Parts (“RRR,” “we,” “us”), located at 50533 US Highway 285, Grant, Colorado. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Shipping & Returns policy, our Warranty page, and our Privacy Policy.
1. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when the part ships, not when you get the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that look fraudulent, orders with a pricing or listing error, or orders for parts that are no longer available. If we cancel after you’ve paid, you get a full refund.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
2. Prices, availability and listing errors
Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change without notice. Product information, photos, specifications and stock levels come from the manufacturers we work with and are updated regularly, but they may sometimes be wrong or out of date. If a price or description is wrong, we’ll contact you before shipping. You can then accept the correct price, or cancel and get a full refund.
3. Payment and taxes
Payment is taken when you place your order. Cards are processed by our payment provider, and we never see or store your full card number. Sales tax is added where the law requires it, and the amount is shown at checkout.
4. Shipping, returns and warranty
Shipping, delivery, damaged items and returns are covered by our Shipping & Returns policy. Product warranties come from the manufacturer, as explained on our Warranty page. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes the shipment, but we’ll still help with any damage or loss claim.
5. Fitment and tools on this site
Fitment notes, the ride finder, the Build Planner, the Combo Builder, the calculators and our online chat assistant are there to help you shop. They are estimates and guidance, not guarantees. Engine combinations, model years and previous modifications vary. You’re responsible for confirming that a part fits and suits your vehicle and goals before you buy and install it. When in doubt, email us first.
The chat assistant is automated and can make mistakes. Don’t rely on it for safety-critical, legal or emissions decisions. Ask a person instead.
6. Emissions and legal use
Many parts we sell are designed for racing or off-road use only and are not legal for use on pollution-controlled motor vehicles driven on public roads. Federal law (the Clean Air Act), California Air Resources Board (CARB) rules, and other state and local laws restrict removing or modifying emissions equipment. Where a product has a CARB Executive Order number or is stated to be emissions-legal, we’ll show it on the product page. Otherwise, assume the part is for off-road or competition use only. You’re responsible for knowing and following the laws where you live and drive. By buying, you agree not to install off-road parts on a vehicle used on public roads where that is prohibited.
7. Installation and assumption of risk
Performance parts can be dangerous if they’re installed or used incorrectly. We strongly recommend installation by a qualified technician, following the manufacturer’s instructions. Racing and high-performance driving carry a risk of vehicle damage, injury and death. You accept those risks when you use these parts.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, RRR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. That includes labor, towing, loss of use, lost profits, and damage to other parts or vehicles arising from the purchase, installation or use of any product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
9. Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your account login secure and for activity under your account. Let us know right away if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend accounts that are used for fraud or abuse.
10. Promotions and coupons
Coupons and promotions, such as our new-account welcome discount, are limited to one per customer unless stated otherwise. They have no cash value and can’t be combined unless stated. We may end a promotion at any time.
11. Site content
The text, design, graphics and tools on this site belong to RRR or our partners, and you may not copy them for commercial use without permission. Brand names and logos belong to their owners and are used to identify the products we sell.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, unless the law requires otherwise.
13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
