Designed for high-performance street and racing applications, these Pro Series flywheel bolts provide substantially greater strength and reliability than standard OEM fasteners. ARP flywheel bolts are engineered to maintain the clamping force required to keep the flywheel securely attached to the crankshaft in demanding high-RPM applications.

The Pro Series fasteners are forged from high-strength aerospace alloy and heat-treated prior to thread rolling and machining. An exclusive flat 12-point head design provides secure wrench engagement, while the larger-than-stock shank diameter increases strength and improves flywheel register.

ARP part number 200-2802 features a 7/16″-20 thread, 1.000-inch underhead length, and 3/4-inch 12-point wrenching. The kit includes six flywheel bolts and is designed to be installed without washers.

Engine Applications:

Installation Notes:

• Do not use washers with these ARP flywheel bolts.
• Verify adequate chamfer around the flywheel bolt holes to clear the radius underneath the bolt head.
• Apply Loctite 242 to the bolt threads.
• Apply ARP Ultra-Torque Fastener Assembly Lubricant underneath the bolt heads.
• Install and initially tighten the bolts by hand.
• Tighten the bolts in an alternating or crisscross pattern.
• ARP specified installation torque: 85 ft-lbs when using the specified lubricants.
• Always verify the flywheel, crankshaft, thread size, and rear main seal configuration before installation.

Important Fitment Notes:

• Chevrolet applications require the compatible 2-piece rear main seal configuration.
• This is not the correct flywheel bolt kit for Chevrolet Gen III/IV LS engines; ARP lists a separate M11 flywheel bolt kit for LS applications.
• This is not the correct kit for Chevrolet applications requiring the 1-piece rear main seal flywheel bolt configuration.
• Ford compatibility should be confirmed by flywheel and crankshaft configuration before ordering.
